ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING -10:02 a.m.
Present: Chairman Palla, Chair Members Hanson and
Lundquist
Absent: None
1. NEW BUSINESS
A. Election of Chairman
Motion by Chair Member Hanson, seconded
by Chair Member Lundquist, to appoint Rodney
Pallor as Chairman.
B. Status of GSA Filing
Assistant City Manager Steve Teglia made staff
comments.
C. Task /Committee Assignments
i. Organizational
ii. Basin GSA Coordination
iii. GSP Development
a. Modeling
b. Regulations
iv. Urban Issues
V. Ag Issues
City Attorney Ginny Gennaro made staff
comments.

1. NEW BUSINESS continued ACTION TAKEN
Item LC. continued
Other than the organizational aspects which
will be handled by the 3 attorneys (McMurtrey,
Minaberrigarai, Gennaro), it was determined
that M. Mulkay, A. Chianello, and D. Beard will
meet and discuss what tasks need to be
completed and what consultants may need to
be retained in order to stay on target.
D. Olcese Sub -Basin Application
City Water Resources Manager Art Chianello
made staff comments and provided boundary
maps.
Motion by Chair Member Lundquist, seconded by APPROVED
Chairman Polio, to adopt staff's recommendation
that staff meet with Jim Nickel and report back.
E. Future Meeting Dates
Chairman Paid made comments
The Committee agreed to meet on the first J
Thursday of every month with the next meeting
to be held on May 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
2. COMMITTEE COMMENTS
Chair Member Lundquist stated that the board is off to
a good start.
Chair Member Hanson stated that it was good to be
at the meeting.
Chairman Palla stated that this has been a rewarding
experience and that everyone involved should be
proud of themselves.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Palla adjourned the meeting :54a.m.
