Potential Litigation; Closes Session pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(d)(2), (e)(1). One
matter.
Motion by Chair Member Lundquist, seconded by APPROVED
Chair Member Hanson, to adjourn to Closed Session at
8:32 a.m.
Meeting reconvened at 10:14 a.m.
