The Kern Groundwater Authority (KGA), the Kern River Groundwater Sustainability Agency (KRGSA), the
Buena Vista WSD Groundwater Sustainability Agency (BVGSA), the Henry Miller WD Groundwater
Sustainability Agency (HMGSA), and the Olcese WD Groundwater Sustainability Agency (OGSA) wish to
participate in a reimbursement agreement with the Westside District Water Authority (WDWA) for a
basin -wide InSAR study.
On behalf of the Westside District Water Authority, Klein, DeNatale, Goldner has approved a contract
with Earth Consultants International to improve the library of currently available InSAR data by including
additional years (pre -drought) and increasing the resolution of the data that is already available. The
focus of this analysis will be on the extent and magnitude of subsidence in the Areas of Interest (AOIs)
identified in the KGA Groundwater Sustainability Plan and the Kern County Subbasin Coordination
Agreement.
The cost of this work will be split evenly between each Groundwater Sustainability Agency or
Management Area (where applicable). Exhibit 1 sets forth each party's share of the cost. The final
resultant report will be presented to all participants and will be digitally sent to each participant as well.
All parties agree to cost share this effort according to following terms and conditions:
1. The participant signatories below will pay their share of the proposed budget of $75,500 as
shown in Exhibit 1.
2. All payments from participants shall be due 45 days after the receipt of invoice.
If the above terms and conditions are acceptable, please sign and date this letter, and return to WDWA.
