1. CALL TO ORDER REGULAR MEETING - 10:00 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Chairman Palla,
Board Members Freeman and Lundquist

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - of the November 4, 2021,
Special Meeting.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by
Board Member Freeman, for approval of minutes.
5. NEW BUSINESS
A. Correspondence Received (Chianello)
Kern County Planning Department regarding a
Notice of preparation of a Draft Environmental
Impact Report (EIR) for the Ware Malcomb
Industrial Project. The proposed project is in
unincorporated Kern County at the intersection
of Houghton Road and Wible Road,
approximately 1.25 miles west of State Route 99.
East Niles Community Services District regarding
Annexation of Properties into East Niles CSD.
Correspondence for both items were supplied in
the agenda packet for review.
Dave Beard, ID4 Manager, provided an update
to the East Niles Community Services District
correspondence that was received.

DWR GSP Review -Determination Letter
a. Ratification of GEI Task Order for
DWR GSP Assessment

update.

Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded APPROVED
by Board Member Freeman, to approve
Ratification GEI Task Order Letter as presented.

1 - Update and Adoption of
Resolution authorizing KGA to
submit application for SGM Grant
Program

update.
Motion by Board Member Freeman, seconded
by Board Member Lundquist, to adopt resolution.
b. 31d GSP Annual Report - April 2022
1. Update and Ratification of Basin
Cost Share.
2. DMS Grant Support.

update.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded
by Board Member Freeman, to approve
ratification of Basin Cost Share.
iii. Ratification of Support Letter for
Improvement District No. 4's Urban and
Multibenefit Drought Relief Grant Program
Application.
Dave Beard, ID4 Manager, provided staff
update.
Motion by Board Member Freeman, seconded
by Board Member Lundquist, to approve
ratification of Support Letter.
