1. CALL TO ORDER REGULAR MEETING 10:00 a.m. ACTION TAKEN

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - of the August 4, 2022, regular meeting.
Motion by Board Member Freeman, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Lundquist for approval of minutes.
5. NEW BUSINESS
A. Correspondence Received (City Clerk, Maldonado)
None.
B. Finance Updates (McKeegan)
i. Receive and file Financial Report
Randy McKeegan, Finance Director provided staff comments.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Freeman to receive and file the Financial Report.
C. Management Group Updates (Beard, Teglia,
Maldonado)
i. Basin Coordination Committee Updates
a. Lawrence Berkeley National Lab -
Subsidence Study
Steve Teglia, Kern Delta Water District
Manager, provided staff comments.
1. Approval of Basin Cost Share
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, APPROVED
seconded by Board Member Freeman to
approve basin cost share payment.
5. NEW BUSINESS continued ACTION TAKEN,,
ii. DEIR - McAllister Ranch Project KRGSA comment
letter.
Dave Beard, ID4 Manager, provided staff
comments.
Steve Teglia, Kern Delta Water District Manager,
provided additional comments.
D. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. KRGSA KRGSA 22-001(1)
22-001 with Todd Groundwater to expand the scope of
work and increase compensation by $92,200 in an
amount not to exceed $192,300.
Steve Teglia, Kern Delta Water District Manager, provided
staff comments.
Dave Beard, ID4 Manager, provided additional staff
comments.
Motion by Board Member Freeman, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Lindquist to approve the amendment.
