4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - of the May 4, 2023, Regular
Meeting.
Motion by Board Member Smith, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Palla, for approval of minutes.

regarding rebranding.
B. Finance Updates (McKeegan)

Motion by Board Member Smith, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Palla, to receive and file the financial report.

Water Resources, made staff comments.

D. Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement KRGSA 22-001(2)
No. KRGSA 22-001 with Todd Groundwater to
expand the scope of work and increase
compensation by $237,800, in an amount not to
exceed $466,100.
Dave Beard, ID 4 Manager, made staff
comments.
Steve Teglia, General Manager, Kern Delta
Water District made additional comments.
Motion by Board Member Smith, seconded by Board APPROVED
Member Lundquist, to approve the amendment.
Unanimously approved.
E. 2022 GSP Annual Report - KRGSA GSP
Phyllis Stanin, Vice President, Todd Groundwater,
provided a PowerPoint Presentation.

Motion by Chairman Palla to adjourn to Closed Session
