A. Update on Basinwide Alternative Minimum
Threshold Options
Steve Teglia, General Manager, Kern Delta
Water District, made staff comments.
Phyllis Stanin, Vice President, Todd Groundwater,
provided a PowerPoint presentation.
Chairman Palla recessed the meeting at 5:40 p.m. and
reconvened the meeting at 5:45 p.m.

Litigation; Closed Session pursuant to
