1. CALL TO ORDER REGULAR MEETING - 10:00 a.m.

Motion by Board Member Smith, seconded by Board
Member Lundquist, for approval of minutes.

comments and recommendation of
approval of the KRGSA participation in all
three cost shares and scopes of work.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by
Board Member Smith, for approval of staff's
recommendation.
D. Approval of Agreement with Todd Groundwater
for Kern River GSA GSP Annual Report
Assistance, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.
Steve Teglia, General Manager, Kern Delta
Water District, made staff comments and
recommends approval of the agreement.
Motion by Board Member Lundquist, seconded by
Board Member Smith, for approval of the agreement.
E. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement KRGSA 19-007
with Horizon/Montrose Environmental Services for
Grant Administration, in an amount not to
exceed $58,300.

amendment.
