RE: Form 460 Filing
Dear Ms. Coutee:
This letter is just a reminder that your Semi - Annual Campaign Statement for the period
January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014 must be filed in the City Clerk's Office no later
than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, July 31, 2014.
Enclosed is Campaign Form 460 to assist you in meeting your filing obligation. You can
access the updated Campaign Manual 2 at http: / /fppc.ca.gov /manuals /manual2local.
An original and one (1) copy of Form 460, each containing an original signature, must
be filed by the aforementioned deadline. Additionally, you must continue to file Form
460 semi - annually until you choose to terminate your committee by filing a Termination
Form 410. Should you require additional forms or have any questions regarding this
