Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex
offender, Charles Edward Bell III, who failed to report to the
parole office upon his release from custody and his whereabouts
are unknown.
Bell is a Black male, 48 years of age, 6’0” tall, 230 lbs., with
black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Bell’s whereabouts is urged to call
the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
