When officers arrived, they learned the adult female pedestrian was crossing Pacheco Road northbound, when she was struck by a silver 1995 Honda Civic, travelling eastbound on Pacheco Road. The adult female succumbed to her injuries at the scene. At this point in the investigation, officers are unsure if drugs or alcohol played a role in this collision. The investigation is ongoing.
