For Immediate Release October 11, 2013
Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex
offender, Phillip Williams, who removed or disabled his GPS
tracking ankle monitor and his whereabouts are unknown.
Williams is a black male, 33 years of age, 5’11” tall, 190 lbs., with
black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Williams’ whereabouts is
encouraged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661)
327-7111.
