For Immediate Release October 10, 2013
Local law enforcement is searching for parolee and registered sex
offender, William Lark Cooper, who failed to report to the parole
office and his whereabouts are unknown.
Cooper is a Black male, 50 years of age, 5’08” tall, 210 lbs., with
black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Cooper’s whereabouts is urged to
call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
