RESOLUTION NO. 187-08(1),
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO RESOLUTION NO. 187-08 OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD REVISING THE
DATES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2009.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to time, by resolution, change the
meetings to be held during any specified period of time.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate to revise the
dates heretofore specified in Resolution No. 187-08 by cancelling the Regular
Meeting scheduled on October 21 , 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that the Regular Meeting scheduled for October 21 , 2009 shall be
canceled.
