In response to the attached letter dated August 9, 2013 we have the following
comments.
1. Per our conversation the C-2 parcel east of Straw House Trail will retain its drainage
in an onsite sump at the northerly most area of the parcel in order to give the
possibility of a joint basin with the parcel to the east.
2. Since the C-2 parcel is not being added the original calculations show that the
existing sump is sized adequately.
3. Since the C-2 parcel is not being added to the system the original calculations do not
need revision.
4. The drainage study map originally submitted had the approved street names on it.
The attached copy of conditions of approval for Tract 7231 states that street names
as submitted on the map have been approved.
5. Attached is a digital copy of calculations.
