the following:

2. City v. County of Kern, et al., Fresno
County Superior Court Case
No. 13CECG02817, DJK,
Motion by Councilmember Hanson to adjourn to
Closed Session at 12:01 p.m.
Motion by Councilmember Maxwell to adjourn from
Closed Session at 1:59 p.m.
