The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating
the following suspect wanted for Sexual Battery. On November 22, 2013, at 10:27 am
the suspect, described as a:
hispanic male, mid-late 20’s, 5’10”, thin build,
dark shaved short hair that looks as if it is “growing out”
unshaven, having unknown blue ink tattoos on his neck
wearing a red plaid multi-colored sweatshirt with a grey hood and jeans
approached the victim while she was standing next to her vehicle in the parking lot of
Macy’s located at 2601 Ming Ave and grabbed her buttocks. The attached video still
surveillance images were captured from Valley Plaza interior surveillance equipment.
