The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying
and locating the following suspect. On November 18, 2013, the suspect entered the
Walgreens store located at 40 Chester Ave. where he selected and concealed
merchandise. When the suspect was confronted by a store employee the suspect told
the employee that he would hurt the employee if the employee tried to stop him. The
suspect used his shoulder to shove the employee out of the way and the suspect fled
from the store. The suspect is described as a:
black male, 45-50, 5’6”-8”, thin build, light complextion,
thin mustache, wearing a brown sheep skin coat with a fur collar and piping.
