On Thursday, December 26, 2013 at approximately 3:00 PM a male subject was
observed in a store in the Valley Plaza kneeling down next to a female juvenile
who was wearing a skirt. The female juvenile was alerted by other customers
that the male subject was possibly taking pictures of her at which time the male
left the store. The male subject is described as a:
Hispanic Male, 30’s, 5’-10”, heavy build, brown hair, thin full beard, wearing
a “CAL” college T-shirt
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to call the
Bakersfield Police Department at 327-7111 or Detective Daniel McAfee at 326-
3544.
