For Immediate Release January 17, 2014
On January 17, 2014, at 9:30 am officers were dispatched to the Hollywood Market at
1107 E. Planz Rd. regarding a shooting. The victim had been transported away from the
scene by a witness. Officers located the victim at Cottonwood Rd. and SR58. The victim
was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with major injuries.
Investigation revealed that the victim was standing to the front of the Hollywood Market
when a silver four door vehicle that was occupied by two to four black males drove by
and fired shots at the victim.
The victim is listed in critical condition a local hospital.
