On December 27, 2013, a residential burglary occurred at 3850 Q St. #17. Part of the loss from that burglary was a checkbook containing checks. Between December 30, 2013, and January 1, 2014, a total of four of the stolen checks were deposited into a customer’s account through an ATM at the Kern Schools Federal Credit Union at 4530 Ming Av. The suspect depositing the checks is identified as a: black male, 20’s, 5’9”, 160-170, brown hair in a 6” afro Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call Detective Ken Sporer at (661) 326-3555 or the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
