The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying
and locating the following suspect wanted for Sexual Battery. On January 9, 2014, at
1:10 pm a female victim said she was sitting on a park bench at Grissom Park when she
was approached by a:
hispanic male, 30, 5’6”, 150 lbs., short black hair,
wearing a white tank top, dark jeans and
having a circular tattoo on the right side of his neck.
The victim said the suspect pushed her against the table and fondled her breasts and
buttocks then fled from the park on foot. This photo is a composite rendering of the
suspect.
