The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying
and locating the suspect depicted in the following computer generated composite
photograph. The suspect is wanted for questioning regarding a possible attempted
kidnapping. On January 16, 2014, at 10:50 am the suspect, described as a:
hispanic male, 20’s, 5’10”, medium build
shaved head, clean shaven,
wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans
responded to a residence in the 300 block of A St. and knocked on the door. The
reporting party answered and the suspect asked for the reporting party’s juvenile
daughter by name. When the reporting party confronted the suspect as to why he was
there for the child the suspect fled on foot. The reporting party did not know and has
never seen the suspect.
