For Immediate Release January 27, 2014
On January 27, 2014 at approximately 6 a.m., officers of the Bakersfield Police
Department were dispatched to 2508 East Brundage Lane regarding a suspicious
object. Officers located the object in the driveway of the business.
The Bomb Squad responded and conducted an investigation. The Bomb Squad was
able to determine the object was not a threat. The investigation is ongoing.
Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call Detective Gary
Carruesco at (661)326-3617 or the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
