On January 12, 2014, at 8:15 am the following suspects, one of which was armed with a handgun, entered the Safe Collective at 2850 South Chester Ave. They forced the clerk to the ground, removed marijuana from the display case and fled to a waiting vehicle occupied by a third suspect. The two suspects who entered the store are described as: #1: black male, 35, 6’0”, 300 lbs., shaved head wearing a gray hoodie and gray jeans armed with a handgun #2: black male, 23, 5’0”, 130 lbs., wearing a red hat, black sweater and blue jeans. 14-8062 The suspect vehicle is described as a: 90’s Chevrolet Tahoe with chrome rims driven by suspect #3 described as a: black male, wearing a blue and white striped beanie and a blue and white striped shirt Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call Detective Todd Dickson at (661) 326-3501 or the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
