Once inside the residence detectives located and operational methamphetamine lab and the precursors to manufacture methamphetamine. Jessy Bowman, 33 of Bakersfield, and Maximus Sallam, 25 of Bakersfield were arrested for Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Precursors of the Manufacture of Methamphetamine and Conspiracy. Bowman and Sallam were booked into the Kern County Jail. Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
