The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying and
locating the following suspects and suspect vehicle wanted for Fraudulent Use of an Access
Card, Possession of Stolen Property and Vehicle Burglary. On January 19, 2014, between 9:25
am and 10:30 am the suspect, described as a:
#1: hispanic male, 25-35, 5’5”-7”, 140-150 lbs.
wearing a black baseball cap, black sunglasses,
dark grey long sleeve button up work shirt,
blue jeans and black and white tennis shoes
smashed a window out of the victim’s vehicle which was parked at the Crystal Palace, located at
2800 Buck Owens Blvd. The suspect removed the victim’s purse containing her identification
and credit cards. The suspect was seen operating a:
mid 2000’s maroon GMC truck, 2 door extended cab
On January 19, 2014, at 11:50 am the suspect went to the Lowe’s Home Improvement center
located at 7825 Rosedale Hwy. and attempted to use the victim’s credit card to make a
purchase but the purchase was declined.
