Investigation revealed the child was left alone in the residence while the step- mother left and the father was on his way home. Investigation into possible criminal charges being sought against the parents is continuing. Previous Release February 27, 2014 The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a missing at-risk juvenile. On February 27, 2014, at 1:00 officers were dispatched to 4505 Isla Verde regarding a missing 6 year old juvenile. On arrival officers learned that Christopher Fabian Bonilla. Hispanic male, 6, 4’0”, 45 lbs. brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a green t-shirt, blue jeans and orange and brown shoes was last seen between 11:00 and 11:20 am. A search has begun in the area and the police department is asking anybody with information regarding this missing boy to contact the communications center at (661) 327-7111.
