NOTICE 1S HEREBY GIVEN that Sheet No. 3 of Tract No. 6796 Phase 1 as filed February 19, '2014 in
Book 60 Of Maps at Pages 56 -59 filed in the Office of the Kern County Recorder is corrected in accordance
with Section 8770.5 of the Land Surveyors Act and Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows:
The Label for Lot No. 9 and Square Footage of said Lot was omitted on the map. The Lot directly adjacent
to and West of Lot No. 8 is hereby corrected to be labeled Lot No. 9 and its area is 13,530 square feet.
The Wes, terly Lot. line of Lot 30 is missing Bearings & Distances along two courses. At the extension of
R16, th10 Bearing & Distance are hereby corrected to North 31003'58" West and 50.00 feet, respectively. At
the extension of R15, the Bearing & Distance are hereby corrected to North 57 014'27" East and 22.09 feet,
respectively.
The names of the present fee owners of the real property affected by such correction or omission are as
follows:
