The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying
and locating the following suspect wanted for Annoying a Juvenile. On February 24,
2014, at 4:10 pm at a retail store located in the 3000 block of Ming Ave. a female
juvenile reported that she observed the following suspect on his knees attempting to
look up her skirt while she was shopping. The suspect is described as a:
hispanic male, 45-55, 6’0”, 185 lbs.,
black hair and brown eyes.
