The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying
and locating a suspect wanted for Assault with a Deadly Weapon. On March 22, 2014,
at 12:35 am officers were dispatched to the Padre Hotel located at 1702 18th St.
regarding a stabbing that occurred at the night club in the hotel. When officers arrived
they located a victim who had a stab wound to his abdomen. The victim said he had
been in an argument with another patron when the patron stabbed him once in the
abdomen with an unknown type of stabbing instrument and fled the hotel. The victim
suffered moderate injuries and was released from an area hospital earlier today.
The suspect is described as a:
white male, early 30's, 5'10"- 6'00", short brown hair, clean
shaven, wearing a blue flannel button up shirt.
