For Immediate Release April 7, 2014
The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying
and locating the following suspects and suspect vehicle wanted for Vehicle Burglary. On
April 2, 2014, at 3:30 pm the following suspects, described as:
#1 – hispanic male, 18-22, thin build,
wearing a blue t-shirt with white “DCSHOECO” letters on the front,
blue jeans and a dark ball cap worn backwards
#2 – hispanic male, 18-22, thin build,
wearing a white t-shirt and jean pants
entered the Rusty’s Pizza restaurant at 40 Bernard St. and dined. After leaving, suspect
#1 approached the victim’s vehicle, smashed the front passenger window using a
hammer and removed the victim’s backpack. The suspects fled in the suspect vehicle,
described as a:
1990’s blue Chevrolet pickup.
