On April 2, 2014, at 3:30 pm the following suspects, described as: #1 – hispanic male, 18-22, thin build, wearing a blue t-shirt with white “DCSHOECO” letters on the front, blue jeans and a dark ball cap worn backwards #2 – hispanic male, 18-22, thin build, wearing a white t-shirt and jean pants entered the Rusty’s Pizza restaurant at 40 Bernard St. and dined. After leaving, suspect #1 approached the victim’s vehicle, smashed the front passenger window using a hammer and removed the victim’s backpack. The suspects fled in the suspect vehicle, described as a: 1990’s blue Chevrolet pickup.
