On arrival, Officers located Troy Stewart 25, of Bakersfield to the front of the business suffering from a single gunshot wound. Stewart was transported to a local area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Investigation revealed the suspect responsible for the shooting was Robert Graham 48, also of Bakersfield. Graham was located a short time later in the 3500 block of Rosedale Highway by Kern County Sheriff’s Deputies and taken into custody without incident. Graham was subsequently booked into the Kern County Jail for attempted homicide, felon in possession of firearm and possession of cocaine.
