preliminary Street Improvement Plans for Bolthouse Drive and Preliminary Grading Plan for PM 11952, which are being prepared in conjunction with recording Parcel Map No. 11952 Phase
1. The improvements have been phased per the conditions of approval of the Tentative Map, with the first phase of construction being to construct Bolthouse Drive, full width, from Buena
Vista Road to the westerly boundary of Phase 1. We are proposing a temporary AC turnaround at the end of the Phase 1 improvements, with a 20-ft wide, 4” thick gravel access road to the
Drainage Sump, which is outside and adjacent to the PM 11952 boundary. When Parcel 7 of PM 11952 is recorded, Bolthouse Drive will be extended full-width to the parcel map boundary,
and another temporary turnaround will be installed in front of the sump. As additional property to the west is developed, Bolthouse Drive will ultimately be constructed to collector
standards along the sump frontage.The Public Works Department has asked for the Water Resources Department’s consent to construction of the temporary gravel access road as shown on the
