adopt Consent Calendar Item a.
REPORTS
a. Update on status of Southeast Bakersfield
California Housing Finance Agency (CHFA) HELP
loan.
George Gonzales, Community Development
Coordinator, answered Agency members'
questions.
b. Oral report regarding the status of the City
Center/Creekside Project.
Alan Tandy, Executive Director, gave an updated
status report of the project.

Report on Senate Bill 211, allowing localities to
extend the Statutory Time Limits on Pre-1994
Redevelopment Projects to eliminate remaining
pockets of blight.
Rhonda Barnhard, Economic/Community
Development Business Manager, gave a brief
presentation, and will provide a report at a later
date.
