NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sheets 2 and .3 of that certain Parcel Map No.
11053, filed in Book 53 of Parcel Maps at Pages 181 and 182 is corrected in accordance
with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act as follows:
The Waiver of Direct Access Rights along the Northerly right -of -way line of Granite Falls
Drive within the covenant of access easement area (designated as easement "F ") of
Parcel 9 is hereby corrected to be removed to indicate the covenant of access easement
area as an existing access point to Granite Falls Drive.
The names of the present fee owners of real property affected by such
correction or omission are as follows:
Granite Falls, LLC, a California limited liability company
