NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
DISABILITY RETIREMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
FOR SAFETY MEMBERS
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee
for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for tfle
purpose of considering an application for industrial disability retirement on
Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at 9:00 A.M., in Conference Room A, located at City Hall
North, 1 st Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The agenda is as
follows:
1. Roll Call.
2. Public Statements,
3. Closed session to consider the application of industrial
disability retirement of: Fire Captain Patrick Ponec;
(Government Code, Section 54957 (b) (1)/54957.6).
4. Closed Session Action
5, Committee Comments.
6. Adjournment.
