IF POSITIVE DRAINAGE DOES NOT EXIST NOTIFY PROJECT MANAGER OR OWNIER'S REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO G FOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PROCEED. 9. CONTRACTOR SHALL DEMONSTRATE TO PROJECT MANAGER OR OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE THE FURNISHING AND INSTALLATION OF SPECIFIED SOIL AMENDMENTS SEE SPECIFICATIONS WHETHER A SOILS TEST IS REQUIRED OR NOT. 10.
