His thoughts on this at first was to load it all, I discussed with him about the startup date for GeoTracker and he agreed to a compromise. First, upload everything from 2005 forward. Second, upload significant events (all that you have) from the beginning. This should include as much as possible of the original findings, drilling operations, pilot test and reasoning behind natural attenuation. I checked and the letter regarding our conversation last week has already headed to the mail room. So, follow this e-mail with regards to the uploading of past reports into GeoTracker. Follow the letter with regards to supplying names, addresses and assessor parcel numbers of property owners. The City of Bakersfield will send out from this office the public notice letter to those parties.
