Comments: During the Monitoring Certification the 208 Sensor in Dispenser # 5 & 6 wasn't working and woudln't go into alarm. Once the the new 208 Sensor was installed the new sensor was retested and confirmed operational. I also had to replace the Super FX I V Leak Detector, because the original wasn't working and wouldn't catch a leak. After the new FXIV Leak Detector was installed, it was retested and confirmed operational. F. In -Tank Guaging / SIR Equipment: M Check this box if tank guaging is used only for inventory control.
