E. Comments: During the Monitoring Certification the 208 Sensor in Dispenser # 5 & 6 wasn't working and
woudln't go into alarm. Once the the new 208 Sensor was installed the new sensor was retested and confirmed
operational.
I also had to replace the Super FX I V Leak Detector, because the original wasn't working and wouldn't catch a leak. After
the new FXIV Leak Detector was installed, it was retested and confirmed operational.

Repairs completed: Monitoring System Certification, Spill Bucket
Testing, and Leak Detector Testing. During the Monitoring
Certification the 208 Sensor in Dispenser # 5 & 6 was broken and
woudn't go into alarm. Also the Super FX1 V Leak Detector wasn't
working, and failed to catch a leak. After these items were replaced,
both the new 208 Sensor in Dispenser # 5 & 6, and the new FX1 V on
the Super were retested and confirmed operational.
