Enclosed, please find a completed application, permit and fire detail fees, pyrotechnic plot, certificate of insurance with endorsement, Zenith's BATF and CA GPD, Import/Export and Wholesaler licenses and current vitae for Ciro. Our crew will have Material Safety Data Sheets onsite, but should you wish to review them beforehand, I would be delighted to fax or email them to you.
