Thank you for your e-mail of August 18, 2011 to Fire Chief Douglas
Greener and me.
This Department concurs with your evaluation of Sprint's facilities that
contain electrolyte below the reporting threshold, pursuant to the
California EPA Unified Program Policy Memorandum UP -11 -03
regarding lead -acid battery CUPA reporting.
The following Sprint - Nextel sites are no longer subject to CUPA fees or
hazardous materials inspections:
