Head painted west side of elevator on 1 st floor, and 9 other lightly painted in carport. Ste.200 -Head need to be added in hallway in front of draw station. Ste.200- Nurses Station - Texture on head. Ste.200 -In front of room #5 -Head has texture on it, in front off room 3, one in exam room 10, one in hallway in front of Maria Garcia office, restroom near lobby,one near confrance room, and 2 in hallway near break room, suite 200. quik response heads that need to be changed over to standard in the following, one in hallway near room 6, one in file room, 4 in therapy room and lower one head over tred mill. Ste.200 -X -Ray Room -Two (2) heads have texture on them. Ste.200 -Head in restroom has texture on it. Sprinklers shall be free of corrosion, foreign materials, paint, and physical damage and shall be installed in the proper orientation (e.g., upright, pendant, or sidewall). Any sprinkler shall be replaced that is painted, corroded, damaged, loaded, or in the improper orientation. Fail 1.11 Fire Department Connections FDC sign needs address. NFPA -25 -2002 12.7.1 Fire department connections shall be inspected quarterly. The inspection shall verify the following: (a) Connections are visible and accessible, (b) Couplings or swivels are not damaged and rotate smoothly, (c) Plugs or caps are in place and undamaged, (d) Gaskets are in place and in good condition, (e) Identification signs are in place, (t) The check valve is not leaking, (g) The automatic drain valve is in place and operating properly.
