SHELL), submits this Confirmation of Verbal Approval: Corrective Action Plan for the site referenced above
Figure 1).
Mr. Howard Wines of the City of Bakersfield Fire Department verbally approved Delta's Corrective Action Plan
dated November 11, 2004 during a telephone conversation with Peter Shair of DELTA and Howard Wines on
January 24, 2005. DELTA will implement the approved scope of work immediately.
