contain electrolyte below the reporting threshold, pursuant to the
California EPA Unified Program Policy Memorandum UP -11 -03
regarding lead -acid battery CUPA reporting.
The following Sprint - Nextel sites are no longer subject to CUPA fees or
hazardous materials inspections:
