THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, FRO~ THE EAST
LINE OF N STREET TO THE WEST LINE OF 0
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That it is t~e inte~tion of the Council of the City of Bakersfield
to order the following street work to be done to-wit:
That That certain alley running easterly and westerly
through Block 389 in the City of Bakersfield, from the east line
of N Street to the west line of 0 Street, be diminished to a
uniform width of twenty (20) feet between the property lines.
Ail of the herein proposed work shall be done in pur-
suance of an act of the Legislature of the State of California, en-
titled "AN ACT TO Pi{OVIDE ~'0~ THE LA~iNG OUT, ~Pm~I~G, EXTENDING,
WIDENING, STRAIGHTENING, OR CLOSING UP IN ~OLE OR IN PART, ANY
STREET, LANE, SQUARE, ALLEY, COURT OR PLACE t¥ITHIN ~UNIC!PALITIES,
AND TO CONDE~[N AND ACQUIRE ALL LANDS AND PROPERTY NECESSARY OR CON-
VENIENT FOR THAT PURPOSE," approved ~arch 6, 18~9, and the several
acts a~endatory thereof or supplemental thereto.
The Daily Report, is hereby designated as the daily
newspaper published and circulated in said City in which the Super-
intendent of Streets~ notice of the passage of this Resolution
shall be published.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that t~e foregoing Resolution of Int~m-
tion was passed by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on the
~7~day of November, 19BB, by the following vote:
