ALL GRADING SHALL CONFORM TO THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDINANCES AND STANDARDS PERTAINING THERETO (2010 CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE, APPENDIX J) AND SHALL BE SUPERVISED AS ENGINEERED GRADING IN WITH CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDINANCES. 2.
