2. ADOPT AUGUST 18, 2014 AGENDA SUMMARY REPORT
The Report was adopted as submitted. Committee member Johnson absta
vote, as he did not attend the entire meeting in August.

City Attorney Gennaro introduced the draft resolution that had be

City Attorney Gennaro stated that Deputy City Attorney Rudnick per
