Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Continuing Disclosure Ce11ificate or the Official Statement relating to the Bonds. CUSIP NUMBERS The following CUSIP number has been assigned to the outstanding Bonds by Standard & Poor's CUSIP Service Bureau, a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., and is provided for convenience of reference only. CUSIP® numbers are provided f<n convemence of reference only The Cit y lakes no rcsponSiblhly for the accuracy of such numbers REPORTING OF LISTED EVENT In accordance with Section 5(a)(iv) of the Continuing Disclosure Certificate, the City hereby provides notice of the occurrence of the following Listed Event with respect to the Bonds: On September 2, 2014, the City called $455,000 principal amount of the Bonds in advance of maturity (the "20 14 Bond Call"). Following the 2014 Bond Call and the scheduled payment by the City of the principal and interest due with respect to the Bonds on September 2, 2014, no Bonds remained outstanding as of such date. Funds for the 2014 Bond Call were obtained from interest earned on AD 94-3 funds held by the Issuer and from the Reserve Fund for the Bonds. TERMINATION OF CONTINUING DISCLOSURE OBLIGATION The City hereby gives notice that, as of September 2, 2014, the Bonds have been paid in full and, pursuant to Section 6 of the Continuing Disclosure Certificate, the City's obligations under the Disclosure Certificate have terminated. This Notice is being filed with the Electronic Municipal Market Access ("EMMA") filing service maintained by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.
