MEETING OF THE
DISABILITY RETIREMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
FOR SAFETY MEMBERS
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review
Committee for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special
meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon
thereafter as the matter can be heard, in Conference Room A, located at
City Hall North, 1 st Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California for the
purpose of considering an application for industrial disability retirement. The
agenda is as follows:
1. Roll Call.
2. Public Statements.
3. Closed session to consider the application of
industrial disability retirement of: Fire Captain
Bryan Perry, continued from June 30, 2014;
(Government Code, Section 54957 (b)(1)/54957.6).
